By some miracle, the Pittsburgh Steelers finished the 2025 season with a 10-7 record and by virtue of a Week 18 win over the Baltimore Ravens, won the AFC North. It didn't amount to much as the Steelers were bounced out of the playoffs in the Wild Card round. This prompted the team to make some huge changes, starting with a new head coach.

But all the changes don't seem to impress sports analyst Skip Bayless. Bayless was on The Arena: Girdiron and broke down what a fluke the end of last season was and thinks there's no way Aaron Rodgers is going to run in back and get that kind of good fortune two seasons in a row.

“They stumbled into the back door of the playoffs thanks to a missed 40-yard field goal by the Baltimore Ravens," Bayless said. "Then they lost at home 30-6 to your Super Bowl pick, and Aaron Rodgers stunk in that game. Now you’re telling me they’re just magically going to be back in the playoffs in that division? The Bengals are going to be better. The Ravens are going to be way, way better. The Steelers are the odd man out unless you’re trying to tell me they sneak in at 10-7 again, and I don’t think they’re doing that.”
