The Miami Dolphins moved on from some of their top players this offseason, including wide receiver Tyreek Hill, who the team released before free agency even started back in March.
At that point, Hill joined a list of several key free agents from Miami's 2025 roster, and while some of them have already found their next team, Hill is still looking for a new opportunity in 2026.
This week, CBS Sports' Garrett Podell identified five teams that Hill could join before Week 1 this year. Let's take a look.
Hill spent the first six years of his career in Kansas City before the team sent him to the Dolphins for a haul of draft picks. At 32 years old and coming off of a torn ACL, Hill might not be the same player he was in his first stint with the Chiefs, but he could still help Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid.
Lamar Jackson needs a Super Bowl win for his legacy, and he hasn't always had the best group of wide receivers to throw to. Bringing in Hill could give him another speedy wideout that not only would make things easier for him in the passing game but would also open up the field for creativity with his legs.
The Commanders have left Deebo Samuel unsigned on the market, leaving the room rather thin behind Terry McLaurin. If they want to get the best out of Jaylen Daniels, Treylon Burks can't be starting for them in 2026. Hill would be a huge upgrade, even after the injury.
Hill is from Georgia, so it would make sense that he wants to return to his home state. It also doesn't hurt that former Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa is expected to be Atlanta's starter in 2026. Those two factors could be enough to get Hill on the Falcons.
If Hill is looking to win another ring, Los Angeles might be his best option. The thought of Matthew Stafford throwing to Hill, Davante Adams and Puka Nacua is a scary one, especially after Stafford won his first NFL MVP last year just throwing to the latter two.
