I'll take that. But isn't Weaver still under contract? Or did he get let go
Yes, he is, but it is expected that their new head coach will bring in someone else. In fact, I have seen some speculation that they only keep him employed because they get two compensatory draft picks, if someone hires him as a head coach.

I would think Weaver is just hopium, or has he been linked as a DC and/or ties to LF?

Also, it seems the Browns want the LA QB coach...AZ wants LeFleur...Bills have an idea...LV maybe Webb or Brady?

Shefty said he expects all four openings to be filled by Wednesday. Nobody waits for Kubiak apparently.
Kubiak can interview and agree to terms this week. Next week, he cannot. I think he ends up with the Raiders.

Kubiak cannot agree to terms with another team until after the Super Bowl. All he can do is interview this week.
Sure he can, he just cannot sign the deal. Zac Taylor did just that in 2019, he agreed to terms with the Bengals prior to the Super Bowl and then signed he day after.

Interesting note, both the HCs in the Super Bowl this year are defensesive guys. So maybe the criteria isn't just offensive guys for those of us that just want an OC.
Of course a defense HC needs to hire a great OC.

Another important criterion is to hire a head coach who's willing to make changes if something isn't working, like Mike McDonald did when he fired his OC after last season and replaced him with someone far better. Gannon clearly wasn't willing to do this and I think it was a big part of his downfall in Arizona.

Disagree. It could be that Kubiak has come across as potentially not interested in EVERY HC spot and teams don't want to risk him passing on the job after waiting for him.
There's what, 5 openings still to be filled in only two days. I'll take the over on Wednesday.
