The sheer number of interviews is giving me the impression that they dont know what they want in their HC.

1) Yes man
2) Don't embarrass owners/GM
3) Never say anything negative about anyone/anything
4) Always take the blame (I've got to do better)
5) Indicate how well everyone is doing
6) Take the fall when it goes south

Pretty straightforward.

Exactly why firing JG was just another moronic move by our moronic owner. What candidate would consider EVER working for such an imbecile owner?? The NFL knows that JG was doing a great job until injuries prevented this team from winning 10-12 games this year. No one of worth is coaching here ever again until Michael sells this franchise. We’ll be back at this in 3-4 years, maybe less. Wash, rinse, repeat. After 60+ years of Bidwills, I’m exhausted.
This team wasn't winning 10 to 12 games without injuries.

I like the fact the Saleh shows some kind of emotion when his defense does something good. Gannon just stands there with his arms crossed trying to act all Belichick like.. unless the running back drops the ball crossing the goal line.
If the Cardinals had won more games, no one would care about the coach's demeanor on the sideline. A coach who gets all emotional on the sideline is not necessarily better.
