The New York Giants' grades from the NFLPA's 2026 Report Card were leaked on Thursday.

The NFLPA surveys players across all 32 teams annually to evaluate franchises in 17 categories, ranging from head coach performance to treatment of families. The report card promotes transparency about the state of each organization.

ESPN's Kalyn Kahler notes that the 2026 Report Card was based on responses from 1,759 players league-wide, including those from the Giants.

The Giants received the following grades from their players (reflecting the 2025 season, during which Brian Daboll served as head coach before being replaced by Mike Kafka as interim head coach):

Coaching grades

  • Head Coach (Brian Daboll and Mike Kafka): C
  • Offensive Coordinator (Mike Kafka, former): C+
  • Defensive Coordinator (Shane Bowen, former): D+
  • Special Teams Coordinator (Michael Ghobrial, former): B+
  • Position Coaches: B
  • Strength Coaches: B+

Front office grades

  • General Manager (Joe Schoen): D+
  • Team Ownership: B

Facility and support grades

  • Home Game Field (MetLife Stadium): F- (the lowest grade across all 17 categories league-wide for the Giants)
  • Weight Room: B
  • Locker Room: D
  • Training Room: B-
  • Food/Dining Area: B+

Additional grades

  • Team Travel: C
  • Nutritionist/Dietician (Matthew Frakes): A-
  • Training Staff: B+
  • Treatment of Families: B-

These results highlight significant player dissatisfaction in areas like the playing surface at MetLife Stadium and front-office leadership, while support staff and nutrition received stronger marks. The Giants ranked 25th overall among the 32 NFL teams in the survey.
