Flight is the best nickname, especially for a Basketball team.

Part of the beauty of basketball is the poetry in motion of the game. The ability to jump into the air and perform multiple actions while in mid-air, almost as if the person you are watching is flying.

Because of the Wright brothers, Tony Kornheiser suggested the franchise should be named the "Charlotte Brothers" on PTI earlier today. Michael Wilbon went out on a limb and bet against that name.
