Nebraska softball has announced its fall schedule. The Huskers will open the fall against Kansas in a doubleheader on September 26. The games will take place at noon and 2 p.m. CT at Bowlin Stadium. Next up are the Omaha Mavericks, with games at 1 p.m. CT and 3 p.m. CT on Sunday, October 4.

The program will do a bit of traveling as well. They will head to Kansas City for a game against the Kansas City Diamonds of the professional softball league. That will take place on Saturday, October 10. They will then play Kansas at 4 p.m. CT, following the game against the Diamonds.

The Huskers will then only have one more contest to play. They take on South Dakota State at Bowlin Stadium on Saturday, October 17. They will play two games at 2 p.m. CT and 4 p.m. CT

Overall, it’s a busy schedule for a program that looks to build off the momentum of last year. With 10 returners, there should be a solid foundation for the program to succeed next season.
