Nebraska football extended an offer to 2028 four-star edge defender Tristan Henderson earlier this week. He made the announcement on social media.
Henderson is the 260th overall player in the 2028 class, the 31st overall player at his position, and the 35th overall player in his class from the state of Florida according to the Rivals Industry Rankings.
The edge defender is seeing his recruitment take off, particularly in the South. He has offers from Florida,Georgia, Georgia Tech, and Auburn.
Currently, the Huskers have zero commitments in the 2028 class. However, they are doing a solid job of focusing on key positions.
Offensive line and edge seem to be a focus for this class. It will be interesting to see if they can make any headway in either group, and if they continue to focus on edge in particular.
