the 23rd anniversary of the Cardinals' game against the Baltimore Colts in which they sacked QB Bert Jones TWELVE times. Does anyone know who recorded those sacks? Maybe Jeff Gollin can help.

Tell you what, though - I was at that game (drove down to Memorial Stadium from NJ with my kids).
Got it! It was Oct. 26, 1980. Jim Hanifan was head coach. There are no stats I could find on who got the sacks, but when you check out "most individual sacks in a game", you'll find that the Baltimore game is not listed - suggesting that the sacks were "spread around" among a lot of players. Media Guide lists the following "typical defensive line-up" for that year.
(Note - the 3-4 defense and also note that that year's sack leader, DE Curtis Greer was not listed - I'm pretty sure I remember him sacking Jones at least twice):
