A 6-foot-7 forward out of Copley High School, Laurich started in 26 of the Purple Raiders' 27 games this season. He averaged 6 points and 5.7 rebounds a game and was third on the team in blocks with 16.

Laurich transferred to Mount Union from Ohio Dominican in 2023. He missed most of the 2024-25 season with an injury.

Laurich is the second Purple Raider to announce he is entering the portal. Sophomore guard Chance Casenhiser made his announcement on March 16.
