The Mossyrock boys basketball team picked up a road win on Wednesday, topping Onalaska 61-57 for a league win.
The game was back-and-forth throughout, but the Vikings were able to outscore the Loggers 15-11 in the final frame to come away with the victory.
Mossyrock was stellar from beyond the arc, shooting 44 percent in the win.
Colby Cournyer led the Vikings with 16 points, while Ethan Johnson added 12 and Tristen Tosul scored 11.
Noland Brady scored 21 points to lead Onalaska, while Haze Hamrick tallied 16 in his first career start.
"His energy on defense and attacking the boards kept us in the game early," Onalaska coach Fred Sturza said.
Ethan Thayer also hit double-digits with 12 points.
Wednesday's loss came 364 days after the Loggers last loss in Mossyrock, which gave Sturza a sense of deja vu.
"Feels like a repeat of last year," Sturza said. "We had some momentum at the end of the season but came out flat tonight ... In the end, the game came down to execution. We had a couple sets we liked, but we couldn't get in the right spots, so we settled for bad shots and ultimately ran out of time."
Mossyrock (8-10, 6-9 C2BL) will wrap up its regular season in Adna on Friday, while Onalaska (9-10, 8-8 C2BL) will end its regular season in Toutle Lake on Monday.
