Larry Mayer, of ChicagoBears.com, reports the Chicago Bears are looking to draft a cornerback in the April 26-27th draft. "We're in need of a third corner right now," said Bears defensive coordinator Greg Blache. "I'm almost certain we'll address the issue (Saturday). If it's the first round, the third round, it doesn't matter." The Bears select No. 4 overall in the first round.
Does anybody really belive this crap? It looks like they're trying to give dallas fits over Newman. If they did take newman, it could really dork things up for us, and with Newman gone at 5 the next logical choice for big D would be Suggs.
Oh well, either way, as long as we get either Suggs or Leftwich, I'll be happy.
