MODRIĆ DELIVERS FOR CROATIA
The World Cup continued for the Rossoneri players, with Luka Modrić starring in Croatia's 2-1 win over Ghana. The midfielder provided the assist for Nikola Vlašić's winning goal, delivering a perfectly weighted corner into the heart of the penalty area. Rafael Leão also featured in Colombia v Portugal, coming on in the 70th minute in place of former Rossonero João Félix, but had little opportunity to make an impact. Croatia finished second in Group L behind England, while Portugal ended Group K runners-up to Colombia. The two sides will now meet in the Round of 32.
