Missouri football has landed commitments on back-to-back days for its 2027 high school class.
Ohio-based offensive lineman Jack Marquard, a three-star prospect, verbally committed to the Tigers on Tuesday, meaning the Tigers landed pledges on two straight days after North Kansas City High linebacker Kobe Rhymes, another three-star recruit, committed to MU on Monday.
Mizzou now has 12 verbal commitments in its Class of 2027, which currently is rated as the nation’s No. 28 recruiting class by 247Sports’ composite rankings.
Marquard, who hails from Lakewood, Ohio, is listed at 6 foot 5 and 275 pounds and appears to be an offensive tackle prospect. He is the third O-lineman to commit to Mizzou in this cycle, and he reportedly still has official visits planned for Indiana, Duke and Wake Forest this upcoming month.
