Hickory didn’t play due to the clubhouse fire, and Frisco was rained out.
Hub City starter D.J. McCarty struck out seven in six innings while allowing a pair of solo homers. Owen Proksch allowed three runs in two innings, striking out three, walking two and giving up a home run.
Rafe Perich was 2 for 4 with a homer and a walk. Yolfran Castillo had a pair of hits. Paxton Kling had a hit and a walk. Maxon Martin had a hit and two walks. Gleider Figuereo had a pair of walks.

Round Rock starter Josh Stephan threw five shutout innings, striking out nine and walking two. Emiliano Teodo struck out four in two shutout innings, with 17 of 27 pitches being strikes.
