How do you suck enough to even have players care about the ownership of a team? He must be doing something to actively irritate players versus just being some dude signing paychecks.

I’ve heard tons of Phx business owners and executives talk about how bad he is.

I'm surprised the players gave Monti a B. It seems like the pattern has been higher grades for the guys they're closer to - the coaches and training staff. Lower grades for the suits - the owner and GM. Maybe Monti spends time on the field at practice and talks to players?

That’s one of the biggest red flags to me. Rallis was clearly not liked (got a lower grade than petzing who sucked)- makes you wonder if they are going to play hard for him or more of the last 8 week blow out central?

The facilities- everyone knows they suck, why we are building a new one finally.

Bidwill- sucks but we can complain about it to the moon and nothing will change.

Family treatment - this seems like low hanging fruit for bidwill- especially given that no one is going to go to the games until we start winning again - let the families in

Allegedly. I saw this report and that definitely stood out that Rallis got the lowest ranking of all the coaches.

This team will be lucky to win 5 games next year as it stands.

The Rallis rating does give me cause for concern. A C+ is barely an average grade. I wonder what the circumstances were surrounding this grade not that we will ever know. My guess would be the constant carousel of players in and out of the lineup and playing time going up or down drastically from week to week. It does make one think of how the defensive players on this team will react to his retention and what does it say to free agents that might consider coming here.

Not anymore. Have you seen some of these locker rooms at the newer stadiums? Like country clubs. It's sad when college programs have better locker rooms than us.

When they mention the "locker room", are they referring to the locker room at the stadium, or at the training facility? Obviously, they're getting a brand new one in '28, but I agree that the one at SFS is seriously outdated.
