Sep. 23—JAMESTOWN — None of the 12 events happening at the Jamestown High School pool on Tuesday were won by a Blue Jay.
It was still a good day.
The Jamestown High School swimming and diving team hosted Moorhead and Bismarck High on Tuesday night. Dual scores were not available when The Jamestown Sun went to press.
In the 200 IM, seventh grader Sawyer Moser touched the wall 0.41 seconds after first-place finisher Zoey Johnson of Moorhead. Moser also earned second place honors in the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:09.73. Moser headed up the Jays' 400 freestyle relay team which ended up placing third with a time of 4:25.10.
The Blue Jays will be back at it on Oct. 2 in Grand Forks. The dual is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m.
