The 2026 MIAA Spring Power Rankings have sprung.

State tournament qualification and seeding will be determined by the power rankings. In baseball, softball, lacrosse, tennis and volleyball, the top 32 teams in each division will automatically qualify along with every team outside of it above .500. In rugby, the top 50 percent of the power ranked teams in each division will qualify. A minimum of four girls rugby teams will qualify, while no more than eight teams will be include din each division.

There are a host of No. 1 teams from MetroWest and greater Milford: AMSA softball (Division 4),Lincoln-Sudbury boys lacrosse (Division 1) and boys tennis (Division 1), Natick boys volleyball (Division 1).

Here are the first MIAA power rankings for the spring season released Tuesday, April 28:
