Memphis football has secured the commitment of one of West Tennessee's most electric two-way athletes.
University School of Jackson's Bradley Stamper announced his commitment to the Tigers and coach Charles Huff in a June 23 post on X. Stamper also held offers from MTSU, Army, FIU and Kennesaw State.

The rising senior, who visited Memphis on June 19, becomes the Tigers' eighth commit in the Class of 2027, per 247Sports, and the third in-state commit, joining Memphis Central defensive lineman Joshua Lane and Germantown defensive back Malik Dean.
Last season, Stamper contributed on both sides of the ball as USJ reached the Division II-A state championship game for the first time since 2020, falling to Jared Curtis and Nashville Christian. On defense he recorded 16 tackles, eight pass break ups, four interceptions and two tackles for a loss. Offensively, he caught 12 passes for 210 yards and a touchdown.
He was named to the Jackson Sun's All-West Tennessee Third Team. Stamper also reached the DII-A track and field state championships in May, placing fifth in the 200 meter and sixth in the 100.
