Is this for real? Just heard it on Mike and Mike, were they meaning they both live in the valley or is he really staying right next door? If homie is next door (literally) then I think we know who our next QB is. I hope we still draft a QB in the first. :)

They live in the same neighborhood pretty close to eachother, it's off of Ocitillo in south Chandler, very nice area by the way.

Even Whiz wouldn't do that. My thought was if the lockout is gonna happen or delay our preseason, it might be nice to slip that playbook over the back fence if he is who the Whiz wants.

Even if they do live right next to each other, its not like they just moved next to each other recently.. McNabb has been living in PHX for awhile.. So if this is all it takes for McNabb to be our QB, it would have happened long ago..

Again, its been said many times that the Cards have no interest in McNabb..

I don't know. How many people really get along with their next door neighbor, especially in a city like Phoenix, where hardly anyone knows their neighbors?

Whis probably saw the Papa John's truck outside McNabb's house night after night and decided that he'd pass. :D

I think Michael Strahan was the delivery boy

Not next door neighbors but they're close enough Whiz can walk a few houses down and deliver it. :)

Being neighbors could go either way. For all we know, McNabb is a party animal at home and Whiz would see this if they were neighbors. After Leinart, there's no way Whiz would want another QB like that.

They actually live 5 houses away from each other next.

I'm sure they may have golfed together in their "backyard".

They live on the same street-a few houses down from each other.

This is getting stalkerish. I sure hope no one from ASFN poured deisel on a certain QB's front lawn before the NFC championship. :D

I like Donavan as a stopgap, we could do a lot worse at QB, just look at the talent we trotted out onto the field last year. It's hard to be a koolaider, I can't shake the feeling we won't see the playoffs for 10 years.

If that was true, imagine the possible story Whiz might have about McNabb's lawn from the playoffs.

That would be just hilarious.

A lot of them live in that same neighborhood - Sean Morey also just bought a house there (right next door to Mcnabb - a few houses down from Whis).

I have a friend whose son is a pizza delivery boy in that neighborhood which is why I know. He reports big tips.

Funny that the majority of NFL, but not Cardinal fans, I talk to say that they think the Cards need to get McNabb. Probably just because he is a more recognizable name than say Orton or Kolb.

Actually McNabb's neighbor has their house up for sale - a bargain at $890,00 for 5,100 sq feet!

No way is that a good deal. If someone needs to buy a home. Wait. Not just for potential 90 percent or more discount from here, even if you buy the house WITH CASH, you may not OWN it. (because it might not have been legally able to be sold)

It's all about whether or not it was foreclosed and in MERS. Odds are greater than not that it was. Anybody buying a house now has a better than not chance of getting jobbed, and may have to move if the original owners want it back.

This might happen to tens of millions of homes, and the majority of commercial loans. (not to discuss, but to prevent others from making a BIG $$$$ and HASSLE mistake).

Unless it is a CLEAN title, that was paid in CASH from DAY 1, and never foreclosed....or the loan was paid off pre 1990 (and perhaps a couple of years later, but I wouldn't risk even 1994), I wouldn't touch ANY house. Because if you live in one of those now, it might not legally be yours, and WILL be taken away, IF the previous person puts a claim in. Don't be a fool and their money...easily parted. (and sure this guy might be selling, but what about the guy before that? Lots of houses get bought and sold multiple times...it only needs to happen once in the chain for this to possibly happen). People need to be aware.

But yeah, that has to be the best delivery job. I had a friend who did pizzas in fountain hills about a decade ago. Some good, many bad tips. (in other words...that chandler neighborhood is probably 2-3x better than there). Fountain Hills = tightwads.
