According to NFL Total Access, HB is going to be "in the studio" Friday. I don't know if that means the Total Access show only - or if he's going to be hanging around the studio all day.

I looked at the guide and I noticed no NFL AM in the morning. Really it looks like everything is repeats and pre-recorded stuff. So it's probably just tomorrow's new episode of Total Access at 7PM eastern time. I don't know what time their new episodes air in AZ?

We're 3 hours behind ET so that means it's at 4 PM our time.

HB came off great yesterday on Total Access. He's definitely matured and learned how to handle himself in the media. He doesn't come off as a stoner just faking it to get by.

I like how he understands that there's still alot of work to do and that he still hasn't really officially arrived. Any praise, he deflects. They tried to test him with the usual controversial questions, asking about Deflategate, asking if the Cardinals D is better than the Seahawks D. He wouldn't give them much, basically giving credit to the Seahawks D and saying that they have to work hard to top them. He gave praise to Brady about his accomplishments and left it at that.

He did offer up one bit of bulletin board material when asked about Jimmy Graham. He said it's physical in the NFC West so at some point, he's going to have to block. Oh snap! I was actually kind of surprised he gave them that. Who knows, maybe he felt obligated? I don't know how much, or if, they pay them for those spots. But if they're going to ask you back some day, I think you have to give them something to chew on. Players know how those shows work. Then again, he is very well liked there. The chemistry was good with Solomon Wilcox, Heath Evans, and Scott Hanson. HB does seem to be a crowd favorite. So I'm sure they'll be asking him back.

I saw most of HB's time on NFLN and completely agree with your assessment and recap.

I'll add that during the game know your teammates tweet (something like that) HB got his first 6 tweets right. He showed knowledge of his mates and good deductive reasoning.

This wasn't HB's first appearance on NFLN and he is getting a good amount of air time for a 3rd rd pick who got injured in his rookie year. I don't know if they get paid for appearances but the more airtime they get the better their chances for getting a gig in the media after they retire from FB.

He seemed well spoken and there are little differences you see in him from his rookie year. The blond top is gone. The attire is similar to business casual. Things like that point to maturity. If I read between the lines it sounded to me like there was some disappointment in how they finished last year when he mentioned hitting the wall. Somehow I feel the defense will not miss Bowles and they are of a mindset that there is still unfinished business to take care of.

I had the same thoughts. He's much more polished and self-assured. He's one of my favorite players and I hope he goes out there and lights it up this year.

I love HB, but considering our D can't cover the broad side of a TE barn, seem really foolish to be talking trash to the best one in the league about anything.

not really....he is challenging himself... and truth be told,...if he is back to his old self...HB is probably the only guy on our team who can cover Graham...will stick to him like glue, and has the athleticism to jump in there and make plays against him.

we all knew we were picking Tyrann that year, I was on record for being against doing it before the fifth round. The youngster has proven me wrong and matured well as a pro...he is tenacious and if his knee is now fully healed he is quite likely one of the best overall defenders in our division, .. regardless of his size.

Talk that smack Tyrann....let Jimmy and all the rest know that you aint scared of them....then go be the baller we know you can be...

I don't think he can cover him well enough. He is just too damn tall for HB. Any well placed ball should beat him.

When it comes to covering Tends the 2014 effort was considerably superior to 2013.

It wasn't about him covering Graham. I thought he was talking about Graham having to block him when he was heading for the QB? Isn't that the only time Graham would be blocking?

I think his story drives a lot of exposure and his stellar rookie year made him deserve it. He seems to get as much hype as Peterson.

Don't kill the messenger... If they have some sort a nickname Casilear the better you tend to love them ;)

Shaddup.

I tend to love guys who play their effing balls off.

Is it my fault guys that play their balls off tend to get goofy nicknames?
