Before the 2026 Masters Tournament action officially got underway on Thursday, fans spent the early part of the week shopping for exclusive event merchandise. Among the most popular items was the Masters' Gnome.

The piece features a Gnome dressed in golf attire, holding a Masters-themed cup and a functional umbrella. The Gnome saw a $10 increase at Augusta this year and was retailed at $59.50.

According to Front Office Sports, 1,000 gnomes were made available each day and split between two shops at the Augusta National Golf Club.

Shoppers waited nearly 30 minutes for a chance to get a Gnome. The Gnome has become a staple for the event during each of the past 10 years. The speculation that it may be the last year that the Gnomes are sold may have only sparked the demand and interest.

They were limited to one per customer. A handful have already been sold for anywhere from $565 to $790. Some are currently listed and available at $650+ as of Thursday night.

The Masters is expected to generate $70 million in total merchandise sales this week.
