if he was at the cards facility, he definitely drove there drunk. I imagine they dont have bingers at the facility.

Who drives to their employer after drinking?!?!? Drinking enough to surpass the minimum for a DUI. This is perplexing.

especially hwen your employer offeres free rides from the bar and people usually dont only to avoid the team knowing they were at the bar.

Just a guess here, but seems logical - lots of partying, player parties, etc. due to Super Bowl. Massie goes out, knocks back a few, then gets driven to where he parked earlier in the day...the Card's facility.

Instead of driving, knowing he had some drinks, he decides to sleep in his vehicle thinking that if he's on safe ground and he won't be hassled while he sobers up.

Who knows, but I'm just guessing he didn't get ripped and drive to work to take a nap...

could be.

weird that a cop would drive into cards facility to check cars though. nothing seems to add up.

meh. he'll serve his games, see what happens from there and it seemed we were planning for this to be his last year by drafting a RT. not too worried about it, just hope whoever steps in can play. Between the unproven cooper and the rag tag group behind massie of not so good players and inexperienced players, that side of our line could have some big issues.

Between this, D-Wash, and John Abraham last year — is it time to start thinking about BASK's Culture of Accountability?

I'd say the Cards are the bottom of the league in player problems off the field the last 5-7 yrs. I think it's safe to say no team is perfect on these issues, it's not like we're the Bungles with bad character...a HC,GM or owner can only do so much.

One of the complaints from the SOC era was that the Bidwills never considered taking a chance on talent with some baggage. I can say that the previous regime would've never taken a chance on Honey Badger considering his dismissal from LSU; but so far, the ROI looks promising. Of course, when you take chances on guys with character issues, you'll have a few circumstances in which a player needs to be disciplined or dismissed from the team; however, sometimes, those guys tend to be the most talented.

When I go to the Cardinals stadium for games I usually meet up with my friends at my works parking lot and we take one car from there. Although I've never slept in my work parking lot though. :D

Sounds logical. Does anyone know what his BAC was?

He should have given his keys to the person that dropped him off, or someone else, if that is how it went down. Possession of the keys means that he was in control of the vehicle and could have driven again in his condition. If he did not have any keys - making the vehicle inoperable - no arrest.

Unreal. The hits just keep coming.

Seems the Oline is doomed to never be at full strength.

DJ better start putting in the work. Knee Deep, not a good nickname to have.

3 games is not all that bad. I don't think he has been playing well enough to be part of the Cards future anyway.

It should make one think twice whenever they are camping in a RV or camper parked safely at a campsite with keys in toll. Law enforcement has a lot of discretion, maybe too much discretion, in how they enforce the DUI law.

Yes Massie played better than the interior 3 , but we must stay cognizant of how crappy those 3 played .
