Spanish defender Marc Cucurella proves he’s a man of his word after World Cup triumph.
Winning the FIFA World Cup is the greatest achievement for any soccer star around the globe. Well, the dream became a reality for 26 Spanish players in the US.
After all, Spain registered a 1-0 defeat against Argentina to lift the FIFA World Cup trophy for the first time since 2010.
Before winning the tournament, a few Spanish players made some insane promises if their nation got their hands on the ultimate prize. This included Real Madrid defender Marc Cucurella.

Marc Cucurella gets a Luis de la Fuente tattoo on his body
Cucurella’s promise to get the face of Spanish manager Luis de la Fuente went viral, as most thought the defender wouldn’t keep his word.
However, Cucurella proved his doubters wrong as he unveiled his new tattoo of de la Fuente days after winning the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Cucurella has plenty of tattoos on his body, and he chose the back of his left arm for this new tattoo, which, to be honest, turned out great.
With Cucurella keeping his word, Spanish fans will demand the likes of Pedri and Lamine Yamal to fulfil their bizarre promises after winning the World Cup.
