Luka Doncic to start on a minutes restriction in All-Star Game

Dan Woike: Luka Dončić will start in Sunday’s All-Star Game and be on a minutes restriction per a source. He was the leading vote getter. Dončić missed the last four games with a mild hamstring strain. He’ll play in just the first game Sunday.
