LSU baseball will try to salvage a game against No. 5 Georgia Sunday.
The Tigers (29-23, 9-17 SEC) have dropped the first two games to lose the series against the Bulldogs at Foley Field, losing game one, 11-8, before coming up short in game two, 13-8.
With a late barrage of runs, LSU extended its streak of scoring six runs or more to 10 straight games in the loss to Georgia Saturday. The Tigers and Bulldogs will play at Foley Field Sunday (2 p.m. CT, SEC Network+).

Jay Johnson and his team needed some good RPI wins this weekend to afford itself a shot at possibly landing an at-large spot in the NCAA Tournament and after losing the first two games of the series, they are down to one more chance to get one against the Bulldogs (40-11, 20-6).
While Johnson hasn't announced a starting pitcher for the series finale Sunday, all signs point to senior Zac Cowan getting the start for the Tigers. He has started the last two Sunday games while Casan Evans has been on the shelf due to arm discomfort.
But Evans has been taken off the injury report so he is available to throw for LSU, it'll just likely be in a relief appearance, if he does pitch in the series.
