Louisville basketball draws Texas Tech at Players Era. See the bracket

Louisville basketball's first appearance in the Players Era tournament will reportedly begin with a matchup against Texas Tech.

The Cardinals and the Red Raiders will square off Nov. 24 at Michelob ULTRA Arena in Las Vegas.

UofL and Texas Tech have been grouped with Oregon and St. John's, meaning Louisville could square off in Round 2 against former coach Rick Pitino for the first time since his firing in 2017. That game will be played Nov. 26.
