The Boston Celtics have, for all intents and purposes, finished the work Celtics President of Basketball Operations Brad Stevens and company have been doing on the roster since an unceremonious exit from the 2026 NBA Eastern Conference Playoffs at the hands of Atlantic Division rival Philadelphia 76ers. There may be another move to be made, but on the level of whether to sign 2026 second-round draft pick Dillon Mitchell to a regular or two way roster spot.

With that clarity, we can take an earnest look back at what Boston's front office have done this offseason, from drafting Houston big man Chris Cenac Jr. with the No. 27 overall pick to the extremely controversial decision to deal away star forward Jaylen Brown to the Sixers.
