The Bishop Carroll [Wichita] Golden Eagles will take on the Saint Thomas Aquinas [Overland Park] Saints in the Kansas KHSAA softball playoffs Saturday afternoon.

The two teams will meet for the state's Class 5A state championship.

It appear to be a pretty even match with Bishop Carroll ranked No. 9 and Saint Thomas Aquinas ranked No. 12 in the most recent edition of the Maxpreps state rankings for Kansas.
