The Hayesville Campus [Wichita] Colts will meet the Gardner-Edgerton Trailblazers Saturday morning in the KSHSAA softball playoffs.
The two teams will be competing for the Class 6A state championship after advancing from the semifinals yesterday.
Gardner-Edgerton is the favorite after entering the playoffs as the No. 2 seed, but they'll be facing an upstart Campus squad that has gone on a run as the No. 8 seed.
Campus defeated the No. 1 Derby Panthers, 3-1, on Tuesday before pulling another upset over the No. 4 Mill Valley [Shawnee] Jaguars yesterday.
