The MPSSAA Class 2A Boys Basketball State Championship is set to tip off tonight as a Bayside South team hopes to bring a state title back to Maryland's Eastern Shore.
After a stellar season and playoff run, Wicomico will battle Henry E. Lackey for the 2A state title at UMBC's Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena at 7:30 p.m. A game between the two top seeds in Class 2A, both teams have been dominant on their way toward the state title game, and each will hope to put the finishing touches on their seasons with a state title.
