The Ohio High School Baseball Coaches Association announced its All-District 9 honors for the 2026 season.

Lexington coach JR Davis earned the Division I-III District 9 Coach of the Year honor after leading the Minutemen to a 16-9 regular-season record in his first season at the helm.

Madison's Liam Stone, Ashland's Ethan Haag and Lexington's Tyler Galownia were first team selections in Division I-III.

Galownia hit .338 with 23 hits, five doubles, a home run, 15 RBIs and 30 runs scored while going 7-2 on the mound with a 1.41 earned run average and 57 strikeouts in 44 ⅔ innings pitched. Stone hit .368 with 28 hits, five doubles, 11 RBIs and 14 runs scored while also going 6-3 on the mound with a 3.47 ERA and 40 strikeouts in 42 ⅓ innings of work. He also had a save. Haag hit .392 with 20 hits, two doubles, 17 RBIs and 20 runs scored.

Madison's Ashton Taylor, Ashland's Evan DeHinden and Lexington's Jackson Eichorn were all second team selections while Lexington's Cole Eichorn and Markale Martin joined Madison's Kylor Steagall and Aiden Proctor and Ashland's Jake Bryant and Tanner Wolfe as honorable mentions.

In Division IV, Galion's Kenny Fagan was named the Division IV District 9 Coach of the Year after leading the Tigers to a 15-6 regular-season record.

Shelby's Kaleb Stairs and Ontario's Jaren Holden were first team All-District 9 selections. Stairs hit .425 with 31 hits, six doubles, two home runs, 23 RBIs with 16 runs scored while also going 6-3 on the mound with two saves, 43 strikeouts and a 2.14 ERA in 52 ⅓ innings of work. Holden hit .371 with 26 hits, five doubles, four home runs, 24 RBIS and 21 runs scored and went 3-3 on the mound with 48 strikeouts and a 1.27 ERA in 38 ⅔ innings.

Galion's Kurt Hay joined Clear Fork's Landen Perry and Shelby's Quinton Albert as second team selections while Shelby's Brady Bowman and Cole Dorsey, Clear Fork's Jacob Brokaw and Brevin Bias, Galion's Kane Hay and Trey Longwell and Ontario's Max Ciroli and Guy Trader were all honorable mentions.

In Division VI, Wynford's Brayden Campbell, Colonel Crawford's Van Wintersteller and Bucyrus' Wyatt Makeever were all first team All-District 9 selections. Campbell hit .424 with 36 hits, 18 RBIs and 25 runs scored while posing a 0.94 earned run average with 61 strikeouts in 59 ⅔ innings. Wintersteller hit .318 with 21 hits, 14 RBIs and 19 runs scored and went 6-4 on the mound with a 1.30 ERA and 67 strikeouts in 59 ⅔ innings. Makeever hit .487 with 38 hits, nine doubles, two triples, a home run, 11 RBIs and 26 runs scored while also going 2-0 with a 3.80 ERA and 37 strikeouts in 35 innings of work.

Crestview's Kayn Patton and Carson Keener joined New London's Brady Sword, Colonel Crawford's Grady Riggle and Wynford's Drew Pope as second team selections while Wynford's Landon Miller and Collin Hulsmeyer, Colonel Crawford's Brayden Holt and Parker Weithman, Bucyrus' Isaac Makeever, Crestview's Brayden Parrigan and Drew Spoerr, Mansfield Christian's Blayne Morrow and Josh Hillman and New London's Henry Thomas and Oliver Harrison as honorable mentions.

In Division VII, Plymouth's Jarrett Burrer and Lincoln Distl joined South Central's Weston June as first team All-District 9 honorees. Burrer hit .441 with 26 hits, nine doubles, two home runs, 22 RBIs and 23 runs scored. Distl hit .440 with 33 hits, 11 doubles, two triples, a home runs, 13 RBIs and 26 runs scored while also going 4-2 on the mound with 38 strikeouts and a 2.60 ERA in 40 ⅓ innings of work. June hit .275 with 19 hits, four doubles, a home run, 12 RBIs and 17 runs scored while also going 8-1 on the mount with a 1.21 ERA and 70 strikeouts in 63 ⅔ innings.

Lucas' Jack DiBartolomeo and Plymouth's Lex Grose were second team selections while Buckeye Central's Jeremiah Fishpaw and Lance Cole joined Crestline's Quintin Kapp and Auston Henson, Lucas' Brady Anschutz and Anthony Fanello, Plymouth's Keegan Beverly and Lucas Distl and South Centrals' Troy Ayers and Greyson Fisher as honorable mentions.
