The Seattle Seahawks are pretty well-stocked at the linebacker position heading into free agency. Drake Thomas is a restricted free agent. John Schneider will almost certainly exercise the option to retain Thomas for the 2026 season.

That doesn't mean the Seahawks won't draft a late-round linebacker for depth and special teams purposes. Linebackers worked out at the NFL Scouting Combine on Thursday. We've identified three in particular who impressed during testing drills.

Kaleb Elarms-Orr, LB, TCU

TCU linebacker Kaleb Elarms-Orr ran the second-fastest 40 at 4.47 seconds. He also leaped the second-best vertical at 40 inches, trailing just Sonny Styles' record-setting 43.5 inch result. Elarms-Orr made an astounding 130 tackles this past season and definitely projects as a high-impact special teams player.

Keyshaun Elliott, LB, Arizona State

Arizona State linebacker Keyshaun Elliott leaped a 10-foot-5 broad jump, third-best among all participating linebackers. The impressive athlete also had a 38 inch vertical. Elliott notched 98 tackles for the Sun Devils in 2025, showcasing sideline to sideline ability.

Karson Sharar, LB, Iowa

Iowa's Karson Sharar was among the more surprising performers. The Iowa Falls native jumped a respectable 10-foot-3 broad, and his 40 inch vertical tied Elarms-Orr for the second-best result. Sharar ran a solid 4.56. He broke out at Iowa this past campaign with 83 tackles.
