One of the Las Vegas Raiders made wholesale changes this offense was because the offense was simply dreadful in 2025.

This recent X post by NFL analyst Warren Sharp has you answer. The Raiders scored 41 percent of their total 2025 points in the second half was losing. It was the second highest percentage in the entire league. Here’s the full list:

Thus, the Raiders scored 98.8 of their 241 points in garage time. Indeed, Geno Smith and Pete Carroll were kings of the “Waste Management Offense.”

New head coach Klint Kubiak and No.1 overall pick, quarterback Fernando Mendoza must work to keep the Raiders in games late and for their second-half points scored to be more meaningful and more impactful.
