After listening to the audio roundtable I remember Mac and Graves talking about picking up a kick returner.....probably someone who can also play a need position like WR and/or CB.
Here's a quick look at some bottom lines of a few players from TSN that mentions the guy being a kick returner type specialist....all of these guys are day 2 type people.

Wide Receivers

Bobby Wade 5"10"-190 Arizona 4.5/40
He projects as a slot receiver and punt returner who could contribute immediately in the NFL.

Ryan Hoag 6'2"-190 Gustavus Adolphus 4.5/40
He is very raw,but he shows great potential as a vertical receiver and return specialist.

Paul Arnold 6'1"-205 Washington 4.5/40
Arnold,a converted college running back, moved to receiver in 2001 after a back injury ended his 2000 season. He still is improving at his new position and has some upside as a return specialist.

Cornerbacks

Torrie Cox 5'10"-180 Pitt 4.5/40
Cox is an intriguing second day pick....he also has the potential to contribute as a kickoff returner.

DeJuan Groce 5'10"-190 Nebraska 4.5/40
He is one of the elite punt return specialists in this class and has the potential to be a game breaker.

Ivan Taylor 6'1"-190 La.-Lafayette 4.4/40
Taylor, a converted running back, showed flashes at CB....has great size and terrific top-end speed.

whatever... as long as it is not kasper... i looked at the stats and he was surprisingly close to mar tay in average. But, I never got the feeling that he was close to breaking one for a touchdown. I think kasper is an option at WR, but not at KR.

They weren't close to Mar Tay's. Jenkin average almost 6 yards more per kick return. Kevin Kasper looked awful as a kick returner.

Wade ran around a 4.65, but I actually think that he will be a pretty good playe in this league (I've watched the dude play for seven years now).

I saw the explanation in another thread after I posted this (and it certainly makes sense)

the fact that kasper was running behind a demoralized and depleted special teams unit barely qualifies as a rebuttal.
