Being Hall of Fame players for the Boston Celtics are not the only things iconic forwards Kevin Garnett and Larry Bird have in common. Both hung a banner (in Bird's case, a trip of them) in Boston, and both had a well-earned reputation for being among the best trash talkers of their respective generations in the league.
And while The Hick From French Lick has been pretty tight-lipped about his time in the NBA since retiring from it as a player with a few notable exceptions, KG has never been one to keep to himself, even after leaving the Association for his post-player era. And Garnett had plenty to say about Bird's trash talk on an episode of his "KG Certified" podcast fans of the team need to not miss.
