Kentucky volleyball has been projected to win the SEC for a 10th straight season in the conference's preseason poll of head coaches.
The Wildcats received 218 points and nine-first place votes, finishing with two more total points than Texas. The Longhorns received six first-place votes, while Texas A&M saw one.
UK had five players selected to the 15-player preseason All-SEC team: Lizzie Carr, Morgan Gaerte, Brooklyn DeLeye, Kassie O’Brien and Molly Tuozzo.
The Wildcats were the most represented program on the preseason all-conference team, with Texas and Florida both having two players selected.
Last season, Kentucky finished with a 30-3 record and was the NCAA runner-up, falling to Texas A&M in the national championship match in three sets.
