The Kentucky Wildcats have learned their NCAA Tournament fate.

On Selection Sunday, it was announced that Kentucky would be a No. 7 seed in the Midwest Region, where Michigan is the No. 1 seed.

The Wildcats’ first game will come on Friday vs. No. 10 seed Santa Clara in St Louis, Missouri. With a win there, Kentucky would likely face No. 2 seed Iowa State on Sunday.

Gonna be a tough opening week for the Cats’ hopes of making it to the Sweet 16.

We will have more on this breaking news shortly…
