The beef between Tom Brady and Logan Paul took another turn on Friday.

While the pair appeared on stage together Friday in New York City during Fanatics Fan Fest 2026, NBA superstar Karl-Anthony Towns had to step in after the seven-time Super Bowl champion and future Hall of Fame quarterback slapped the YouTuber-turned-WWE star.

The two were talking on stage while KAT stood between them, and though they weren't mic'd up, they seemed to be getting into a heated verbal altercation when Brady ultimately threw the slap. The two were separated, but the trash talk continued.

It's not exactly clear if the incident was part of a promotional stunt or genuine, but it's well documented that there is no love lost between the two.

History of the beef between Tom Brady and Logan Paul

The pair has a bit of a history, which began when they traded barbs on podcasts. Brady called Paul's wrestling career "cute" earlier this year and questioned whether the former content creator had the toughness to play in the NFL. The exchange ultimately prompted Brady to joke that he instigated the impending fight between Paul and former NFL running back Le'Veon Bell.

Then, while playing in a flag football game in March, the two nearly came to blows when Brady deliberately threw a ball at Paul. How much of their beef is genuine and how much is drummed up for media attention isn't exactly clear, but this isn't the first time the two have found themselves at odds.
