TOPEKA (KSNT) — Game 2 of the Lawrence Super Regional will pick up on Monday.
After the game went into a lightning delay at 8:41 p.m., Kansas baseball announced on X, formerly known as Twitter, that the game is suspended.
The game will resume at 12:02 p.m. on Monday. The ‘if necessary’ game would start at 4:06 p.m.
The Sooners led 8-1 in the bottom of the third, with Boede Rahe on the mound facing Kyle Branch. Oklahoma has no runners on the bases with no out, with a 3-1 count.
