Paparazzi caught Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert visiting pop star Madison Beer on the set of her music video last August. Their whirlwind romance took off, and Herbert starred in Beer’s “Lovergirl” music video earlier this month.
Herbert is so in love that he skipped a Chargers voluntary workout last week to support Beer on the European leg of her “The Locket Tour.”
While Herbert previously remained publicly mum about his relationship with Beer, he gushed about her on his Instagram Story for her birthday in March, and now, he can’t stop commenting on her Instagram posts from tour.
“You are my favorite person of all time,” Herbert commented under Beer’s video showing her singing on stage in Germany.
Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh is all for it.

Herbert returned to the field for the Chargers’ first OTA on Wednesday, and Harbaugh displayed his signature enthusiasm when asked about his quarterback.
“I was happy,” Harbaugh said. “He went to support Madison on her music tour. Madison supports him at the football games. He told me he wasn’t gonna be here for those two weeks, and my first reaction was, ‘Do you need a ride to the airport?'”
Harbaugh continued, “He’s just here all the time. I mean, there’s times I’ve wanted to shoo him out of the building. He’s at every voluntary, every non-voluntary workout, and the same guy that broke his hand and then he was here the next day practicing. The next game, stiff-arming guys. So, yeah, I was happy. Good balance.”
The Chargers hired Harbaugh in January 2024, and he has repeatedly stated his adoration for Herbert over the past two years — calling him “the best there ever was” or “a mighty man.”
In September 2024, Harbaugh said, “There’s not one gene in his body I wouldn’t, like, immediately trade [for].” He added, “If you don’t like — you don’t love — Justin Herbert, there’s something wrong with you.”
Harbaugh and Beer must get along great.
