As the Denver Broncos prepare for free agency next week, there will certainly be some new faces around Dove Valley. However, there will be one face that will likely be moving on to a new team. And there seems to be significant interest from around the NFL surrounding defensive tackle John Franklin-Myers.

On social media last week, newly-minted Tennessee Titans linebacker Jermaine Johnson appeared to be subtly recruiting Franklin-Myers to Nashville. Johnson quote-tweeted a post that called JFM a "Future Titan" with eye emojis. While teams staff can't negotiate with pending free agents before March 9, players are free to attempt to court other players prior to free agency.

Prior to his time in Denver, Franklin-Myers was a member of the New York Jets, where he was teammates with Johnson from 2022-23.

After being traded to Denver during the 2024 NFL draft, Franklin-Myers became a warrior in the trenches. In two years with the Broncos, Franklin-Myers helped Denver become a top-tier unit, starting 31 games, totaling 65 tackles, 33 quarterback hits and 14.5 sacks.

With a defensive mastermind in Robert Saleh taking the reins in Tennessee, a versatile defensive lineman like Franklin-Myers could help elevate the unit going into 2026.
