Threads should be more directed towards a new QB next season and new coordinators. Whis is safe and may be here for at least two more years

Fox and Lewis will probably be canned. I think Fox is a 4-3 DC only though, could be wrong.

Fischer isn't going anywhere. He's had so many ebbs and flows with the Oilers/Titans that it would be pointless to fire him. He always manages to bring them back to respectability every few years.
