Things have unfolded rather quickly for four-star wideout Jamir Dean. The Alcoa High School playmaker committed to Penn State at the beginning of May, but has changed course on his college plans.

The Knoxville News Sentinel reports the class of 2027 standout has instead decided to commit to Georgia. The Bulldogs presented Dean with an offer a few days after he gave the thumbs up to Penn State. After visits to each school, Dean decided to flip his commitment.

The 6-foot-2, 175-pound wideout had 53 catches for 1,141 yards and 16 touchdowns during his junior campaign at Alcoa.

The Bulldogs are also getting a track star, as Dean is a blur on Alcoa's 4x100-meter relay team.

Dean has also won state titles for Alcoa in basketball, demonstrating that Georgia appears to have landed an athlete who can do it all.
