Since it looks like Marte is staying, I would assume that means they’re going to shift one of their excess infielders to the outfield - possibly Blaze

The Rockies are certainly known for their pitching, so the trade for a high single-A pitcher is right in line with Hazen's vision for the DBacks in the more than highly competitive NL West.

Was thinking Blaze would be at Third Base… unless of course they sign Bregman!! :oops:

He was a drafted a Yankee and spent about 1/3 of the season with the Rockies after he was traded for McMahon. I think he has excellent potential as a middle relief guy in 2-3 years.
