Jake Ferguson has one tasty request for when he and Haley Cavinder say "I do."
The 27-year-old tight end for the Dallas Cowboys and the 25-year-old basketball player have been together since 2023 and announced their engagement in April 2025.
Speaking to PEOPLE’s Janine Rubenstein in San Francisco at the SiriusXM set at Media Row on Wednesday, Feb. 4, the couple confirms that wedding planning is coming along as they prepare for their big day in June.
Cavinder says she's working with "a great wedding planner," adding that the date is "coming up quick" and joking that she's "not a crazy bridezilla yet."

After scoring two touchdowns during the 2026 NFC Pro Bowl on Tuesday, Feb. 3, Ferguson shares the "one must-have" that he wants to bring out as the night is coming to an end — a ranch fountain.
"A fountain of ranch," he explains, saying that people can dip anything from wings to pizza in the unique feature.
Describing it as "the one thing he wants" and saying she "always [has] ranch out at the dinner table" since he loves it so much, Cavinder confirms that they are making his dream a reality.
"If no one's going to eat it, I will," Ferguson adds.

The couple pictures a party atmosphere for their big day, with Cavinder saying that they'll also have plenty of tequila.
As for the guest list, it's going to be full of the people who are closest to them.
Ferguson says that they have invited "a lot of teammates, a lot of our good friends," adding, "We've got a couple college friends on there, a couple college coaches. It'll be a good time."

Speaking about their relationship, Cavinder says it feels "so easy and seamless" because they never fake anything during their time in the spotlight.
"Obviously, we're each other's best friends and support systems," she adds as her husband-to-be jokes that he's been "trained in the art of taking photos."
He emphasizes that he's also her biggest fan, gushing, "Watching her succeed and do all the stuff that she does has been awesome."
For their interview, the pair was dressed in Abercrombie & Fitch, the official fashion partner of the NFL.
"I do love an Abercrombie jacket," he says of the brand, noting that they are always "helping me get ready for game-day fits." Meanwhile, Cavinder praises their jeans and other wardrobe staples.
