Between now and training camp, we will be going through the Jacksonville Jaguars' full 90-man roster, previewing each player.
Up next is offensive lineman Ezra Cleveland, who wears No. 76.
Cleveland was originally drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in 2020 and was named the starting right guard in Week 6 of his rookie season. In 2021, he was named the starting left guard, and remained at that position until 2023, when he was traded to the Jaguars.
The 2025 season was Cleveland's strongest season yet in Jacksonville. Over 1,057 regular-season snaps, the 15th most amongst left and right guards combined, he committed just three penalties. On 650 pass rush snaps, Cleveland surrendered just 24 pressures, ranking tied for 21st out of 87 guards in pass-blocking efficiency. He would rank 40th in run-blocking grade.
Cleveland is the projected starter again at left guard for the Jaguars, although with the team selecting Emmanuel Pregnon in the third round, Cleveland will have to continue performing well to keep the rookie from applying potential pressure. Improved play in the run game will be important, and that applies not only to Cleveland, but to pretty much the rest of the Jaguars' offensive line unit as well.
The 2026 season is the final year of Cleveland's deal, potentially paving the way for Pregnon to start a year from now, even if Cleveland holds on to that title for the current season.
