Jaguars Boast Just 1 Player Ranked in PFN's Top 100 After Winning 13 Games Last Season
The Jacksonville Jaguars are fresh off one of their most successful seasons of all time. Despite it being Liam Coen’s first season as head coach, he managed to lead the team to a 13-4 record, their second-most wins in franchise history.
Yet, when it came time to perform in the playoffs, the Jaguars fell flat, losing 27-24 in the Wild Card Round. Perhaps as a result of their postseason failure, the Jaguars had only one player in the top 100 of Pro Football Network’s rankings.
Can you guess who it is?
Jaguars Barely Had Player Crack Top 100
Yes, the Jaguars did have a player earn a spot in PFN’s top 100 player list, but just barely. Chances are, you already know who it is.
To no surprise, quarterback Trevor Lawrence was the lone Jaguars player to earn recognition this year. He came in ranked 97th overall and the 16th-best quarterback. Lawrence was the lowest-ranked QB on PFN’s list this season.
“If Trevor Lawrence can parlay his late-season momentum into his 2026 campaign, he’ll end up much higher than this when next year’s edition comes out. In the Jacksonville Jaguars’ final six games last year, he threw for 15 touchdowns and just one interception, leading his team to victories in each game.”

Lawrence’s strong finish surely helped him snatch a spot on the list this year. Perhaps he can carry over that momentum into his second season mastering coach Coen’s offense. Or, maybe this time getting off to a stronger start can help him climb much higher on this list by putting together a strong season from beginning to end.
“Lawrence’s start to 2025 was rough, as he threw 11 interceptions through his first 11 games. But his elite finish to the season was enough to propel him to a No. 14 ranking in PFN QB Impact Scoring, and he helped lead the Jaguars to a 13-4 record and an AFC South divisional crown. It was in that stretch that he truly looked like the player he showed the potential to be as a generational prospect coming out of Clemson.”
For reference purposes, Lawrence came in just behind Philadelphia right tackle Lane Johnson and just ahead of Carolina defensive tackle Derrick Brown.
The No. 1 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft did look like he was starting to live up to his draft slot last season. Now the question becomes whether he can continue to improve.
As for next year, we could see a large number of Jaguars join this list. That could include the likes of Brian Thomas, Travis Hunter, Travon Walker, and Josh Hines-Allen, to name a few.
