Jackie Young and the Las Vegas Aces hardly broke a sweat against the Atlanta Dream on Monday, running away with a 22-point victory, 109-87, at State Farm Arena.
With Young, A’ja Wilson, Chelsea Gray, and NaLyssa Smith firing on all cylinders, the Aces led by as much as 28 points. They notched their third win in four games and improved to 21-9, including 12-4 on the road.
Young shone the brightest for Las Vegas, finishing with a triple-double of 28 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists. He shot 11-of-17 from the field, including 4-of-7 from the three-point line.

According to ESPN, the do-it-all guard became the first player in team history to record a 25-point triple-double.

It was the third triple-double of her career.
She is having another prolific campaign in her eighth year with the Aces, further proving that she is one of the WNBA’s top-tier playmakers. She recently played in her fifth straight All-Star Game.
The 28-year-old Young re-signed with the Aces in the offseason on a one-year contract.
She has helped the Aces capture three titles, and they are on track to add another one. Coach Becky Hammon has often praised Young as the best two-way guard in the league, touting her resolve and desire.
“I trust her work. Sometimes, I think I trust her work more than she trusts her work,” said Hammon last month after Young tallied 23 points, nine rebounds, and seven assists in their win over the Golden State Valkyries.
Las Vegas will return to action on Thursday against the Indiana Fever at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
