You may have seen some people sending social media messages about the death of Joe Greene, the legendary Hall of Fame defensive end who spent his entire 13-year career with the Pittsburgh Steelers and who totaled 77.5 sacks.
Is that true? Is it real? The answer is: No. It seems like a viral Facebook post that has since disappeared spread the word. But the Steelers confirmed to multiple sites including KDKA Radio and TMZ that the report was "not accurate" and he's still alive. Whew! We can label this as a hoax.
